Cheery Energy is committed to the security of our products throughout their lifecycle. We provide security updates for a defined support period for every product series, so that customers can plan their security posture with confidence.
Every product series exported to the European Union is covered by a security update support period of at least 5 years. Where a product's lifecycle is longer, the security update support period is extended to match the full duration of the product lifecycle.
